According to the FRA, this line was Conrail in the 70's and 80's, and is now Indiana Southern. It's been listed at '0' trains for quite some time. I think it runs to a gravel quarry, so it proabably gets occasional traffic.

The post is pretty old for sure... but I do believe those are Rich's favorite type of lights on there (GRS plastic lights).
