Seven dead links and redirects

Dead:

Australia's Operation Lifesaver Videos: Produces a 404 error from Transport South Australia.

I Love Toy Trains : Site has disappeared.

Signalfan's Club: Died with the closure of MSN groups.

URL changes:

Lincoln Industries: Produces an "Access denied due to security policy" error. Removing the www. from the URL fixes the problem. Also, the Lincoln on the link is misspelled.

Arizona Roads: Produces a 404 error. Removing the index.htm from the end of the URL fixes the problem.

Redirects:

NWS Flagstaff:: Current URL is now a HTTP redirect to: http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/fgz/

Union Switch & Signal: Switch.com is now a JavaScript redirect to: http://www.ansaldo-sts.com/AnsaldoSTS/EN/index.sdo
