I'll start with one I recently discovered on Portland & Western territory.
It's at the Columbia Blvd. grade crossing in Saint Helens, OR.
The crossing is a one way street with 2 gated signals.
The signal shown here has a Safetran Type 2 e-bell.
The other signal has a GS Type 1.
