i tell you when i was up in new york every single case looked just like that idk how they stamp a dot tag to it or open the door without it falling off HELL im surprised the damn things dont fall apart by themshelf

Maybe it's like double secret probation in the movie Animal House. Or perhaps, there's some kind of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" clause like the Military has. You know... you don't ask what the crossing information is to inform us... so we won't tell you and you and everyone can just guess how to alert the railroad when something happens.
