The old and the new. If you look down the tracks to the right, you'll see the concrete crossing pad continues for quite a ways. I guess this crossing is going to get really wide.

Is it just me or the new cantilever angled really weird?
Yes... it is, but I bet they did that for a reason. Better visability... so when approaching the intersection it won't mix in so much with the traffic light cantilever?

Like this for instance... the mast lights are completely blocked, and so is the farthest set of lights on the cantilever. Only the middle set of lights on the cantilever are truely visable from the road.
