I'm surprised Mike let it come back. I thought it was dead for good. How much arm twisting did you have to do?

It would be really helpful is everyone participated in the topic, regardless of if they have a picture submitted or not. Show up and vote for the one you like. It only takes a few minutes.

If you are in the Houston area, there are TONS of great signals there!!! I have found many, many interesting crossings on Google StreetView... lots of older and new signal equipment. I would love to have a chance to do a photo tour of Houston, but it's just too far for a day trip (I'm in D/FW). Check on Streetview, mainly on the SE side of the city and the industrial areas around the ship channel... there are a LOT of great crossings. :TUP2:

You would be better off running in the streets of Compton than getting out of the car at that part of Houston. Especially around Hobby airport. That is why I live on the NE Side. Nothing good there, but at least it gets 60 trains.

there's plenty of cool crap in Mobile, AL then there ever was in Pensacola. I got 5 different railroad companies, and CN has a TON of beauties in its tracks! However, they are located in real dark areas, such like the US&S Teardrop on jackson St in Pcola, well thats like everything on the CN here in Mobile. NS also has some cool stuff as well!
