1) The cantilever gate lights: Not the tip gate light, but the other two flash together.

2) The median signal: The right light has a different LED than the Safetran fading, since it does not fade.

What is up with the white light on top of the traffic cantilever? Does that somehow tie in to the crossing signals?

Traffic signal Pre-emption, white light comes on to indicate that the signals are working with the crossing.
