Here is my submission: The signals at Dodds St. in Divernon, IL are activated by a signal maintainer. In the few months before this picture was taken, the crossing surface was replaced. and the Safetran incandescent lights were replaced with Harmon LED's. There is one in Girard that is still gateless, both the BNSF and the UP crossing
