Here is my submission: The signals at Dodds St. in Divernon, IL are activated by a signal maintainer. In the few months before this picture was taken, the crossing surface was replaced. and the Safetran incandescent lights were replaced with Harmon LED's. Look, no gates. For next month, can we have f ed up crossings? I have plenty of pictures of those.

I'm pretty sure it is; I've never heard it in action.
