The Hobbs Rd. railroad crossing. Why they used traffic light cantilevers, I don't know.

No, but here are some streetveiws:

As you can see, they got rid of the old signals and just put in crossbucks and A LOT of traffic lights.
That shortline usually has the signals replaced only if there is a road construction project that would affect the placement of the signals at the railroad crossing or the signal gets broken.
And also take a look at this crossing:

It has an E-bell on one of the signals and they both have inverted SORS signs.
