Do you know how to add pictures? I have a few, but I don't know how to add them.

First you need to upload them to a site such a flickr or Photobucket. Flickr and Photobucket both have a way to share the photos on the picture page. Here's how to do it on Flickr.
If your imbeding it from from a different site, right-click the picture, click on "Copy image URL" (Chrome and Firefox) or "Properties" and click on properties, select the URL, and press Ctrl+C (Internet Explorer). Then click on the img button and paste the URL between the bbc code things that pop up, like this:
