New here, need advice/opinion

Hello,

I am new to this community and I am hoping to find some helpful advice or opinion on a recent purchase I made. A person that lives in my area sold me his old gas pump a while back and I noticed he had some railroad lights. Because the pump ended up being a butchered job, I was hesitant about buying the railroad stuff. Here is what I got:
1. 2 Working flashing lights on a metal bar with some weird looking control box
2. A railroad crossing sign
3. 2 Bells, one is a WCH and the other is a Safetran Model 5L

I got the whole set up for less $300.

Here is what I am interested in finding out:

1. Did I do OK or did I overpay?
2. My WCH has a broken collar. I need the part that has 4 bolts and hooks up to the bottom of it so I can be mounted
3. Where do I find power supplies and what is recommended? Ideally, I would like to have these mounted on a pole and have 1 switch that turns on the whole set up.

I am not an electrician or a mechanic, but I am fairly handy with some guidance.

Any help, advice, opinion or feedback is greatly appreciated.
