Not to uncommon to find a leaning signal that was hit by a car on an abandoned line.
Also, it appears that the bell was stolen from one of the signals.

To be honest. Belive the bell was stolen to. Since the street view update was done a couple of weeks ago. The previous version shows the bell until, as well as the signal was not bent over

Based on the track condition, the railroad that owns that line probably doesn't even know the signal is like that or probably don't care since the crossing isn't used by trains. I'm not sure what the law for maintaining signals on abandoned or unused lines is, however.
