Found this photo on Flickr. A pair of brand new signals with a train in the crossing, yet the signals aren't active! :Eeeeek: Though it's likely just due to the signals not having been hooked up yet.

Holy crap, isn't that an FRA violation of sorts? The video poster said the signals haven't been working for weeks. :Eeeeek:

At least they had a flagman, although clearly the drivers didn't know what he was doing :aaargh:

Violation?

Well, how long was the ND&W going with not fixing signals and just flagging crossings?

As long as they stop and flag properly, they seem to skirt around the issue.
