Got another video of the crossing today. The bell here now rings until the gates rise, interestingly enough! Also, it turns out that the cantilever does work, but it's a bit hard to hear as it's somewhat quiet.

Are the stop lights down the road wired to the NS signals as well? It looks like they stay red until the gates rise for traffic coming towards the camera.

The traffic lights are wired to both crossings along Holmes Avenue. It's always fun when the HMCR is doing a lot of switching at Holmes Avenue, keeping the light red for a long-ish time, and right as they finish up, a train on the NS comes through.
