I found these bizarre setups in Curitiba, Paraná where the signals are constantly active! I don't think I've seen any other Brazilian setups like this before. Its a terrible setup because not only are the lights red and therefor look like any other crossing lights and there is no sign saying that these signals are constantly active so because of that, people are going to think that there is a train coming! If they for some reason could not have had a sign that says that the crossing are always active, they could have at least used yellow lights instead!

At least they have Stop signs and "Stop look and listen signs", credit where credit is due.
