As far as I'm aware, no.

WABCO became WabTec after merging with another company (forget which one though), and while they did acquire what was left of RSI a few years back, I haven't seen any crossing equipment listed on their website.
They/Them for me, please.

As I know of 12x20/24"' WABCO Incandescent lights still exists

Yeah, on installs that still have them. They are long gone in terms of new production
