*originally recorded on 6-18-19*

Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Federal Signal 8 inch lights and a General Signals Type 1 electronic bell.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of cast-iron WRRS 8 inch lights.

This crossing is a really nice one and easily one of my favorites in Jackson. The closer signal is an old WRRS cantilever and appears to have been installed by the GM&O, and, interestingly enough, still features an old ICG DOT tag on it! The far signal appears to have been installed sometime in the 1970s, likely around the time that the GM&O merged with the IC to form the ICG, though I don't know which railroad installed it. I do know that the rather nice-sounding GS Type 1 here was installed by NS in the late 1990s/early 2000s though, and is also quite faded.
They/Them for me, please.
