My brother lives about 50 miles from this and called me about it this morning. One person was killed at the crossing due to the huge fire that started after the cars derailed. It appears so far that the tracks may have been washed out due to heavy storms that moved through the area earlier that day.

After looking at some of the pictures there are two crossings very close to each other at this location. There is a crossing without gates and one with gates. I'm pretty sure the gated crossing is the one this happened at. The gateless crossing appears to still be intact, but I can't find any sign of either of the gated signals in any of the pictures I have seen. It appears they were wiped out.
