Watco engine I caught Thur

This past Thur,I caught a Watco engine on a manifest.What company is this?

All I know about WATCO is that they leased the NS portion of tracks from Elkhart, IN to Grand Rapids, MI and named it the Grand Elk Railroad... They have CSX coloring with a big Elk in the center.... They have been doing some things to the crossings...For example, they've replaced some signal shacks and posted a new number on the signal shacks... If I ever can get a chance, I'll snap some stuff..
