9-20-25 Update

Finally got another update technically done! Unfortunately this time I mostly had to work on getting Missouri and Kansas pages fixed, as they had a major issue of having the northern signal listed as the southern signal, etc. This took most of my time for this update to fix, so hopefully now that I've got that out of the way, I can make October even better!

Also huge thanks to Vivaan the Railfanner for new crossing photos in MEXICO!!!
