This crossing has been closed off to thru traffic for some reason, and I am betting they are upgrading the old cantilever to be exactly like the newer one. The only closed off parts were to the signals, and there was A LOT of something going on at the crossing. If they are adding a new cantilever, I hope they give that crossing longer gates, cause those old ones are NOT Acceptable!

A minor update, today I noticed they may be adding a new grade to the crossing, and the old WCH cantilever seems to still be intact, but I didn't see a new dismantled cantilever around the area... then again, I didn't stay long. I'll swing by it sometime in the next couple days.
