These signals were installed in 2018 replacing an older 90s Conrail setup.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
a 90s era CR setup with 8"x20" Safetran incandescents,
WCH gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. In 2018,
new signals were installed, replacing the old setup.
