PUCO pictures from the late 90s and early 2000s shows one of those setups where one signal is maintained by one railroad and the other vice versa. The western signal was an NYC signal while the eastern signal might have been either an N&W or PRR signal. NS replaced their signal in the 2000s while the gate mechanism on the NYC signal was replaced with a Safetran one. By 2014, new signals were installed.

In October 2025, Nicholas Miles discovered that the gate lights on the NS signal were replaced with RECO LEDs, one of the lights on the CSX signal was replaced with a Leotek EV Series LED, and very interestingly, the bell on the CSX signal was replaced with a GS E-Bell, most likely a Type 3. These are mostly used on the St. Louis Line around Illinois and Indiana, but I wasn't expecting to see one land on a CSX signal in the state of Ohio.
