This crossing is located at the diamonds of the NS Fostoria District (472431U) and the CSX Pemberville Sub (228784N).  CSX maintains the crossing.

All 9 of the accidents are under the 472431U number.  The daily trains are the combined totals of both DOTs, 32 are for 228784N and 26 are for 472431U.

On May 14, 2015, we see the white DOT signs were replaced with blue ones.

In 2017, we see the lights were upgraded to LED.  The middle gate light on the southern signal was changed to LED by early 2016.

NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: Sir Fluent here. Since Tommy was last out here, a few changes were made to the crossing.

In July 2025, Nicholas Miles made a return trip to this crossing and discovered the crossbucks, track signs and gate arms were replaced. Along with that, the bell was replaced with an NEG E-Bell.
