Sweet!
I like the fact that you are wiring those two signals to work simultaneously. It will look eventually like a regular crossing, just backwards!

Yeah, it looks a hell of a lot better with 2 gates going at once. I would of loved to put them in the correct directions...but with the way the yard is set up...I don't have enough room to do so. It still looks great though...regardless.cabman701 wrote:Sweet!

Got a NB CN Manifest with an NS SB Executive Train at Oak St. in Wyandotte! Rare for this area!

Re: owensri's Crossing Videos
Pretty nice. How common is it to get 2 trains at once at those 3-4x crossings?
Re: owensri's Crossing Videos
2 trains at once happen pretty often...3 trains on rare occasions. I've never seen 4 at once...but came very close. Had 3 going...and they all ended. 5 minutes later...one came on the track that didn't have one. Too bad it didn't come 5 minutes earlier!Smjh1979 wrote:Pretty nice. Here's an updated video of my signals, both working correctly now:

Nice setup. Too bad the Safetran bell doesn't ring though.

Here's the GTW Santa Train that came through Wyandotte yesterday. Once around 2:20 pm...and then again leaving at 10 pm:

Take a look at this oldie in Americus, GA! Wonderful sounds too!
Re: owensri's Crossing Videos
Nice old timers there. Is the 1 minute of warning normal, or is that particular train going slow?owensri wrote:Take a look at this oldie in Americus, GA! Wonderful sounds too!![]()
