Strange yellow signal

Strange yellow signal

What is this? I dont see any roads so is it a wayside signal, buy why is it yellow if a train is going past in the opposite direction?

Is that one of those signals that never turns off, kind of like a yellow card (meaning to slow down)?

how ever I don't see why a derail switch would be there

I'm familiar with that area since it's close to where I live.

I'm guessing that's the Eastbound approach signal for the Government Bridge (swing span) over the Mississippi River.

NICE Chinese built locomotives for a US celebration, they sure do own us. :Roll:
I guess the D=Drawbridge in this case then, I'll read up on CSXT line rules for draw and swing bridges and also check out signage.
