Looks like that line was taken out of service so they removed the lights and gates. The bells remain, but they are mounted on the traffic signal masts instead of the crossing signals.

Not much left of it though.
Someone probably drove into it or stole it and part of it stayed connected. Knowing Mexican Railroads. They probably aren't going to fix it any time soon.

Funny, this mexican sign with FHWA letters claims in spanish that the signals are inoperable due to maintenance. Lets say if this were here in the us, it will never happen! :LOL2: Because if a signal breaks, it gets repaired right away. From experience, NS will fix something the same day it breaks! :TUP1:

That sign has been there sense 2009! They are doing a good job with the maintenance. :LOL3:
