Ive been informed about who makes those weird E-bells; https://www.google.com/maps/@-39.118441 ... 6656?hl=en
They are made by EMAVE, an Argentinian speaker, alarm, bell and siren maker located in Rosario, SF. They are called - CDF -12-24.
Heres the page for them on their website

Its even more fascinating to notice Invensys Rail gate mechs, which probably indicate a 2012 installation.IanMP wrote:Ive been informed about who makes those weird E-bells; https://www.google.com/maps/@-39.118441 ... 6656?hl=en

Re: South American Railroad Crossings
I'm not too sure on the crossbucks, but by looking at the post, the condition of the signs and the faded sign in the middle, it looks like it might be a crossbuck made around the mid-late 19th century, and hasn't been removed since.IanMP wrote:I wonder if that crossbuck means something different with that square sign in the middle than one without that square sign, strange enough.

I think the other setup is out of service. I'd probably say that bell could be a WRRS/RRS motor bell or something.
