Kinda wonder what railroad owns that line, seeing as it has a US&S Model 95 gate mech and some Safetran 12x24s. Almost wondering if it's an NS line based on the crossing below (which appears to have NS ENS signs).

A lot of NS crossings in the northeast are like that. Guess NS just doesn't feel the need to replace the gate mechanisms for pedestrian signals if they still work fine. Also, I'm willing to bet that's branded as WRRS, though WRRS and GRS gate mechs were pretty much the same thing...

I'm thinking that they were re-used. WABCO split up after breaking away from US&S years ago, with the rail-related portion becoming Wabtec, though Wabtec doesn't make crossing equipment, according to their site.
