Crossing page: http://www.rxrsignals.com/Texas/A-F/Car ... elt_Line3/
Found a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLJ-5IeJ_7w showing an FWWR train crossing Belt Line Rd. In the video, the signals are non-functional. A flagger attempts to stop traffic with two road flares in his hand, but it does not go well. Belt Line Rd is a divided streets with 3 lanes per direction. They have trouble with eastbound drivers not stopping. Eastbound, there is a hill just before the crossing. Speed limit drops to 40 before the crossing, but prevailing traffic speed is 50. https://www.google.com/maps/@32.9521667 ... 384!8i8192
In my opinion, the train is backing across the crossing too fast for the circumstances. Judge for youself
